Each User may hold only one registered Account on the sedayu88 Platform. The registration of duplicate accounts is a serious violation of this Agreement. Where duplicate accounts are detected, sedayu88 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated winings or bonuses, and retain any deposits in those accounts as administrative penalty.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time verification codes with any other person. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Sedayu88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. Where service interruptions occur, sedayu88 will endeavour to restore service as promptly as reasonably practicable.

Sedayu88's total aggregate liability to any individual User arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that User into their Account during the three (3) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
